Ikea? Santana Row? Random Sports thoughts

We were supposed to make a trip out to Ikea and Santana Row today around noon. It is 12:20 and the roomies are still passed out.


















- Still frustrated at Tim Lincecum's performance last night against the Rockies. 17-5 record with a 2.55 ERA probably isn't good enough to take home the Cy Young. Oh well, next year Timmy, next year.

- The Lions finally fired Matt Millon, about 6 years too late. He single handedly ruined that franchise and set them back for years. Drafting a WR every year in the first round is not the answer.

- Plexico Burress suspended this sunday for missing a team work out. A team workout? A workout? Not a game but a workout? Where's Iverson when you need him.

- NBA season is right around the corner, October 29 = Kings opener.
